In the enchanting realm of Bugdom, nestled between the folds of time and space, a hero is born from the tiniest of creatures. Meet Pyro, the dragonfly, unlike any of its kind. Born with a mysterious power to spit fireballs, Pyro is not your average dragonfly.

In the heart of Bugdom, there has been an unbroken peace for centuries. However, this tranquility has been shattered by a swarm of menacing flies that descended upon the realm, spreading chaos and disrupting the harmony of life. The once vibrant world is now under threat, with its inhabitants living in constant fear.

Pyro, our brave dragonfly, has taken it upon itself to fight against these disruptive forces. It embarks on an epic journey, filled with daring adventures and thrilling challenges. Using its unique ability to spit fireballs, Pyro is determined to protect its homeland and restore peace to Bugdom.

In "Double Dragonfly," players will navigate Pyro through a variety of landscapes, each teeming with distinct challenges and perils. Pyro's fireballs are its main weapon against the flies, but they must be used strategically, as their power can be both a blessing and a curse.

Join Pyro on its heroic quest, help it vanquish the menacing flies, and bring back peace to the beautiful world of Bugdom. This is not just a game; it's a tale of courage, determination, and the unyielding spirit of a tiny creature against overwhelming odds. Are you ready for this burning adventure?

Fun little game! Did you actually get a score of 173?

Thank you 😊. There is a hidden bug that can help with the score, haha.

Cool game! I liked the flies and I would love to have a gutling-gun spraying bullets all around hehehe...
I agree with @ioannisJohnKaravas it is missing the feeling of urgency, but for your first game its pretty good.

(+1)

Thank you!! 😃

Heh, I like it! I especially liked the music and art.

A few things to note though :) I found it fun to play for a bit, but it feels like it's missing a little bit of... urgency. You can't die and the "enemies" are just standing there. Other than that... I really liked how responsive it felt- spammed that J button to heck and loved it.

Thank you Ioanni!! Yes, indeed. This is a super simple game I started extending. The original is based on the Building Games with DragonRuby book. I plan on extending it more, after I submit my KIFAAS entry 😃.
